Bullhead City AZ to Williams AZ

That was our trip from Bullhead City to Williams Arizona. We got into this park, set up and went on to the Grand Canyon since we got to Williams fairly early and it was about 50 to 60 miles from the park. Stay tuned for the Grand Canyon.

These is Kingman Arizona.

Some of these hills were pretty steep. Once or twice our coach kind of got hot as we were climbing. There were a bunch of 18 wheelers that would struggle to go up the hill and then they would have to get on the shoulder to cool off.

Some of them just look weird way out there just sticking up.

Some of the rocks in the desert look like some kind of statues.

I think these mountains are waving good bye too, with one finger.

And away we go, going through a lot of desert.

It's time to head on to Williams Arizona where we will stay to be closer to the Grand Canyon. We stayed at Bullhead City only for a couple of days. We were going to stay longer but it was so hot we just couldn't stand it. When we came back from a day trip on one of the days we found that the power had shut down becuz of overheating from being exposed to the sun. Our coach was like a hot oven. It was so hot inside that one of my cactus plants had limped over. It got to 114 degrees but it felt more like 150. Good bye Bullhead City.
